OUR FIRST LADY

Missionary Sandra Taylor was saved at the young age of 21 in California.  Under the leadership and nurturing of Mother McGlothen  and her aunt, Margie Gibson, she learned the value in a committed prayer life.  After moving back to Omaha, Nebraska, she hit the ground running, serving the Lord wherever she saw a need.  She allowed the Lord to use her talents in his service whether it be sharing the gospel, discipleship, cooking and cleaning for the indisposed, hosting prayer revivals and whatever her hands found to do.

She has also served in many capacities while attending Power House COGIC (Elder & Mother Lane) and later Cathedral of Love COGIC (Elder & Sister Hall) such as Assistant YPWW President, Pastor's Aide Leader, Sunday School Teacher and District Missionary of the former B.T. McDaniels District of the Nebraska First Jurisdiction Church of God in Christ.  She served in this capacity until her husband, Elder Larry Taylor became pastor of Antioch Church of God in Christ.

Currently, Missionary Sandra Taylor serves alongside her husband as the First Lady of Antioch Church of God In Christ and is very active in ministry and the building of outreach services.  She has been instrumental in organizing a food pantry, raising funds to further ministry work, annual outreach to homeless shelters, street ministry and care of the sick and shut in. She has a passion for people, prayer and her family.
